AMD and Intell

Hello,
MY current computer is broken and i have an other one and i was wonder if i can take the processor out of my other one as it is quicker. The Working computer has a Intel Processor and the one wanted to use it AMD so im wondering weather it would be posible or not ???

It is not possible to take the Intel processor from the one computer in order to install it into the non-functional AMD one. It will not fit.

Unless both computers are on socket 7 or earlier and both are the same socket. Socket 7 was created around in 1994.

YEah- unless they're really old, there is no way to use an AMD chip in an Intel socket mobo. Sorry.

theres gotta be something specifically wrong with ur pc, broken is not a really technical condition
