AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 BE & socket AM2

I will be grateful for any information about possibility of installing and stable work AMD 7750 BE on motherboard with socket AM2(not AM2+). Is there anyone who had personal experience about that? I have motherboard MSI K9N Sli Platinum with 3GB Kingston DDR2-667. What BIOS update I must install? On MSI official site there is no support for that CPU.

Unless you already have nVidia graphics I would recomend getting 1. A newer chipset. Newegg has deactivated this which means that there was something wrong with it/it is completely out of date.. 2. Go with the newer AMD chipsets because there will be support for your processor.
