Hi guys,
I was checking my specs with CPU-z and i found out that the multiplier was only 4x instead of 15x. Why is my Athlon II x4 640 performing so weird? So now each core is only 0.8GHZ instead of 3.0Ghz. Please help if you know how to fix this. Help is appreciated.

Don't worry, it's AMD Cool n Quite feature, which reduces core clock and voltage while in IDLE mode to save power consumption and be more efficient, you can always disable this feature in BIOS.
