AMD causing BSOD and not responding.

Hello, I'm having a problem of BSOD, im no expert on computers, but i have tried system restore, startup repair and scans. I First fot BSOD when i was playing, then my graphics whent weird and colory. The screen was full of colors and then i got a BSOD. After few times of trying to play again, i could not log in, and got a BSOD after the Windows logo. I Dunno what to do, but i am assuming it is a driver problem. Also i'm getting "Not responding and has recovered" problem. Any help??

Win 7 64-bit Operating System
Graphics devices: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 and AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
