just like title is saying i bought new ram 3600mhz instead of 3200mhz but okay let's not talk about that now they are equal voltage and worked
problem is amd stock fan blocked ram slot i couldn't put it in until i turned it to opposite direction but it didn't install properly no matter how many times i tried
skin on my finger peeled off from too much turning with screwdriver
how did i know it's not installed properly despite being locked in mobo? the temps are not normal we talking 49 to 67°C on idle and 95°C on 100%
even with 1.1v undervolt it still reaches 83°C AND CORE PERFOMANCE BOOST OFF !!, from what i remember undervolting to just 1.19v did job for it to stay under 75°C
UPDATE : temps on 49% now reach 55°C with no core perfomance boost
SPECS : CPU: RYZEN 5 3600
RAM : 16GB RAM 3600MHZ DDR4
MONITOR: MSI MP251
GRAPHIC CARD: RX 580 2048SP 8GB
MOTHERBOARD: MSI B450M PRO MAX
PSU:CORSAIR CV550

Those temps are with new thermal paste.

Yes- from your first post:

"problem is amd stock fan blocked ram slot i couldn't put it in until i turned it to opposite direction but it didn't install properly no matter how many times i tried"

Something is not right and some photographs showing the current or attempted installation will be very helpful with regards to troubleshooting the problem or problems.

Also: Do you have a link to the AMD stock fan being installed?

= = = =

This motherboard?

https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/A320M-APROMAX_B450M-APROMAX100x150.pdf

The objective simply being to determine or eliminate errors of omission or commission with respect to the components and/or installation.

As long as it makes contact and you dont have temp problems ,dosen't matter what's the cooler orentation , just make sure the cable it's not to streach

that's the thing i have to undervolt to 1.1v to decrease temps but even then i still reach 85°C under full load which didn't happen to me back then i think

it looks like it dosen't make perfect contact
to be clear , are you using the stock cooler ? it should not affect the new ram slots , read your motherboard manual but im pretty sure you can use a2 b2 slots

i know its effecting the ram slots cause msi couldnt design a board to save themselves the way they designed this board the ram is stupidly close to the socket. they have a habit of putting chokes right next to the socket as well.

its crap design of the board youll need a tower cooler 90mm / 120mm or top down

depends on what your case is
