Most people these days take cue from what they see in movies, they consider it hip, i mean the last thing we need is some Mexican Street Gang (sur13 and los primos for example) taking this movie as some sort of war cry and using it to recruit more young latinos into their cause.I own AMD/ATI equipment, a Phenom II 965 and a Radeon 5870 to be exact, do I feel that i should stop using them because they were used to render some CGI scenes or whatever for a tasteless movie, no...AMD did not choose to be affiliated with scum no more than Smith and Wesson or glock chose to be used for bad purposes...they are only a tool which can be used any way that the user sees fit...should these forums be outlawed because me you or anyone else can come in here and make personal attacks at someone, nope, its the users responsibility to use it with discretion. If you wouldn't have came off like a jerk i would'nt be writing this, but you shot first so expect it back.Did you miss the part about my son being Half hispanic, well things like this trash make his life harder because it promotes discord between the 2 races....I don't really look at my son as white or spanish or whatever and in most cases do not see people for whatever race they are unless they chose to segregate themselves, we are all human beings and my way of characterizing someone is not by their race but by their actions. if i hurt your feelings because you are a minority then you have pretty thin skin and are oblivious to the disruptive nature of a movie plotting one race against another. Crap, i actually read your comment, and i'm just impressed you were able to use the spacebar without opposable thumbs. Very quickly, look up the term "personal attack" because I didn't do that in my initial reply, but i do feel obliged to do so now.
Just because your white and like to bone down with us hispanics because of our "beautiful skin" (racist compliments are still racist) doesn't give you freedom to say about us whatever you please without a response. Oh, but you don't see race, like Stephen Colbert.
Simply because some books, movies, and video games may be considered art, that does not make all works in those mediums art. Example The Hidden Fortress (film) is art, but Biodome (also a film) is not art. Do you understand now (probably not)?
This movie will no more influence the behavior of individuals than Desperado did. here's the influence you'll get from this movie: might want a low rider, might try to speak with a spanish accent, might think it's acceptable to wear nothing but boots jeans and an open leather vest, might get a motorcycle, will probably be really disappointed when they realize they can't get a machine gun online to mount upon the handlebars of the aforementioned motor vehicle.
No one is talking about closing the forums because of our comments. They're also not going to shut down the internet if you don't forward those emails about to all your equally thick friends.

All the people taking this movie seriously make me laugh. I guess none of you saw planet terror. It's supposed to be as over-the-top ridiculous as possible and yet people say things like this:

I hope all the hardware's been put to good use and removed steven segal from the movie ; otherwise it can't become a hit anyway.
