Question AMD drivers - - - when Alt-Tabbing a black screen appears ?

Hey! I have a problem with the newest AMD drivers (ver. 23.7.2)
I tweaked my PC, uninstalled some bloatware and did some system tweaks (maybe that could caused the problem).
After some time I noticed when i alt-tab it takes longer than usual, and a black screen appears, then after 5-10 seconds only get to see my desktop.
I tried restoring the PC from a restore point, but it did not work since I deleted OneDrive, and somehow that's connected to it :D

Any fixes, or do I need to reinstall my Windows?

Please elaborate. We need to identify the problem before suggesting a solution.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

Run "sfc /scannow" on CMD with admin rights. That tools probably messed up the registry a bit

Then do these, read here: https://www.windowscentral.com/soft...-use-dism-to-repair-local-image-on-windows-11

If still not working: then do a clean install of your graphics/chipset drivers with DDU tool, download it from guru3d. Look for a tutorial on YouTube about how to use DDU properly. Always install GPU/chipset drivers with this tool to install clean.
