So I have this setup AMD Ryzen 5 2600, B450 Aorus Pro WiFi planning to upgrade my memory with G Skillz Trident RGB 2x8 8gb 3200mhz. I heard if I use the 4 slots of my board's ram slots it will not run at max frequency (3200mhz) for the memory module. So what if I only used two slots (2nd and 4thrd slot) will the 3200mhz will run or it will decrease the frequency?

With only 2 slots used it will be fine.

It should be fine but I have seen a few people on here claiming they couldn’t get over 2933/3000mhz on 2000 series Ryzen. Most people seem to be able to achieve 3200.
What specific g skills trident RGB 2x8gb should be fit with my system? Because there's a lot of variant available out there
