[SOLVED] AMD or Intel?

Hi

Down Under here in Australia I'm tossing up whether to upgrade my Intel I9 7900CPU to either an Intel I9 9980XE CPU without buying any other hardware in my Socket 2066 system, or upgrading to an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X with a new motherboard. I mostly play graphics intensive games with DDR4 3000 64gb Corsair Platinum RAM and Nvidia 1080ti. I'd like to purchase a 2080ti Super card eventually if released and if I can.

Does anyone have any advice? Thanks from Shawn

2080 Ti SUPER was debunked by NVIDIA pretty sure also why are you getting a business CPU for a gaming PC do you do workloads that need that?
