cpu cooler is a bit weedy for a 6 core cpu.

what ram are you using also you cant fit the aio into a diffrent case ?

did you update the bios before upgrading to a 5600

Yes I did update the bios.

I have tried different cooler, take a look:

The temps is almost same, except for bit higher on my weedy cooler.
In AIDA cpu stresstest it's about 64 degrees, in OCCT it's going to 90-100

32GB Ballistix (Crucial) 3200Mhz 16-18-18-18-36
I won't get different cases 😉
I can't fit AIO here, and also upper grill is shut. (fake)

put a fan into the rear of the pc case. see if it improves temps.

with a cooler thats size should handle that wattage. occt going to 90 to 100 suggest mount isnt making good contact or overtightened the paste looks like it was squished out what are you using.

The temperature is not a problem here i suppose. I've investiraged to the RAM usage, and found out that Pagefile thing is having hard time on my drive. (Even on SSD it was kind of stuttering, on HDD even worse). I turned OFF pagefile. Situation seem to settle a bit, but not fully.

Also, don't blame my HDD. I've been sitting on an SATA SSD before, same problem were present.

PC:
GPU - Rtx2070Super EVGA
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600 himself
MB - msi B450m pro vdh max
PSU - PCCooler GI-K800
RAM - 32GB (16x2) ballistix 3200mhz 16-18-36

The issue is about CPU freezing, it's pretty glitchy. I always get stutters and freezes on CPU side. Who can help me figure out, is that RAM, MB, CPU or something else?

So, in conclusion i figured out that the trouble here is somewhere around the CPU. This overrated AMD giggle is not working properly until multiplier is set to x45.0
Honestly motherboard is definitely no designed to handle this frequency in 100% cpu load. It is above manufacturer frequency and considered as overclocking.

I've never liked AMD much for either their GPUs or CPUs. I hate AMD from now on. Maybe you got any ideas what is real trouble here?

Yes, the PSU might not be the best, however most people in my country (Kazakhstan) keep using "KCAS", Cougar STX, and Deepcool DE / PF. On builds with GPUs such as RTX3080. That's horrible. I'm not even the worst here.

If you stop overclocking the CPU, does the freezing stop?

What CPU cooler/heatink are you using?
if I reset CMOS (BIOS) to default settings, without any overclock, it will feel even worse. More stuttering, more glitches.

Heatsink is some simple one, but in actual game it does not overheat.

There are multiple issues I see.

The CPU is likely not being cooled properly. I would get a better cooler for the CPU.

You need a rear exhaust fan. You need better airflow over the motherboard components that surround the CPU itself.

Your HDDs are going to have a short, miserable life if not mounted properly. Those need to be secured properly to prevent physical damage inside the drives themselves.

Do you have any front fans?

No any case fans. The drives... Well, they are not complaining...

What about drive mounting... Well, the wires is very tough so it will act as an suspension like a car one.

Here's third drive 😀

Yes, I'm a "engineer"

Can you please list the entire build including the power supply details?

Reset BIOS and leave all OC off. Take a house fan and aim it directly inside the case with the most flow going directly at the CPU/VRM area on the board there. Any improvement?

Are you monitoring temps with something like Core Temps or HWI?

Do you have a room fan that you can use to blow air directly into the case while your PC is in use? If this allows the system to perform better, then that would confirm you have an airflow/cooling issue.

Why do you have loose HDDs?

- There's no overheat, but CPU acts like a defective one with excessive consumption and heat (can consume 140W+ even if there's power limit 65W)
- There's no viruses
- Have tried on clean windows on separate formatted drive
- Haven't done anything in BIOS + for sure resetted the CMOS
- Amd is headache.
