The temps is almost same, except for bit higher on my weedy cooler.
In AIDA cpu stresstest it's about 64 degrees, in OCCT it's going to 90-100

32GB Ballistix (Crucial) 3200Mhz 16-18-18-18-36
I won't get different cases 😉
I can't fit AIO here, and also upper grill is shut. (fake)

put a fan into the rear of the pc case. see if it improves temps.

with a cooler thats size should handle that wattage. occt going to 90 to 100 suggest mount isnt making good contact or overtightened the paste looks like it was squished out what are you using.

The temperature is not a problem here i suppose. I've investiraged to the RAM usage, and found out that Pagefile thing is having hard time on my drive. (Even on SSD it was kind of stuttering, on HDD even worse). I turned OFF pagefile. Situation seem to settle a bit, but not fully.

Also, don't blame my HDD. I've been sitting on an SATA SSD before, same problem were present.
