The 2200g and 2400g are best for users who don't have a discreet gpu and play at 720p - it can game at 1080p with reduced settings.
They are also the best budget option for those who couldn't afford the step up to the 1600/2600.
The integrated graphics will be disabled when using the rx 570.

Recommend at least 3000mhz memory for Ryzen cpus. Their performance is quite dependent on it.

Since my motherboard is for amd, what amd cpu would you reccomend, because i will be using the gpu. Unless i should switch out the motherboard too. I am also on a budget.

No need to switch out the motherboard.
Ok, is the Ryzen 2600 and 3000mhz ram too much for the budget? Everything else on your list is fine.
If that is still too much, then the 2400g and the 3000 ram.

For the ram would this be good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=20-012-082&ignorebbr=true

And for the processor i want to spend less than 100 on it, but also want to have good performance

Either of those would be better.
With just $100 budget on the cpu, the 2200g is really your only option. The next option, 2400g/1600, are ~$50 more.
