Question AMD Ryzen 5 2600x does not go back to idle speed.

Hey,

After the recent windows update I have noticed that my AMD Ryzen 5 2600x does not go back to idle and the cpu works all the time on full power.

When I first bought the CPU I had the same issue but I was able to fix it by changing the power settings to Balanced (Window's option not AMD) in the windows options (under Power Options). Now it seems like that option does not work for me anymore .

I have tried the power saving option and it works (first pic)

The only thing that I have touched in my BIOS is the RAM frequency (from auto to 3200).
I have never overclocked my CPU.

Can you guys please help me.
If you need anything else let me know since I was not sure what other info you will need.

Try running Asus AI Suite III and selecting Power Saving Mode from the interface.
I use it and it overrides Windows Power Savings settings and lets my CPU idle at 2200 MHZ.
