Amd to intel for streaming/gaming

Hey guys i want to uprade my pc to intel im thinking about buying these items

My current pc is :
Case = nzxt source 210
cpu = amd fx 4350
gpu = gtx 960
Motherboard = 760GMA-p34
Is it good for streaming/gaming ?

I would do it.

You would probably see a 20% gain or so. But if your CPU is the bottleneck at the moment, you may see even more performance gains than that.
