Question American Megatrends at Boot and Blackscreen

I have a problem: yesterday I want to boot in the Bios, but I had a black screen. I never had this error before so I look for a solution to this problem, one of the solutions I read about is put out the battery at the mainboard, wait a moment, and put it back in. So I did it. Now when I start my PC I get the American Megatrends Screen if I press F1 now I get a black screen. So I can't boot into windows or the Bios, what should I do anyone an idea or solution? Please help me
