Question Android computer for car

I am looking for android board for car.
Something like odroid board.
I need powerful enough to run some games, watch movies , google maps, spotify . I need that I can put all components behind panel .. and only display is on top. Any suggestions ?
I am looking for budget one.

Also it would be awesome to have second screen head up holographic display (dublicated screen )

You can buy an Android head unit that replaces your stereo and does much of the above. I dont know of a hud model tho.

Are you looking for a hobby project, or are you looking for the functionality?

For the functionality:
A standalone GPS (yes, they do make those)
A 10" tablet. Windows (Asus Transformer), Lenovo or Samsung tablet, iPad.

This was linked in the description. Keep in mind its only a 7 in screen, not much bigger than a large cell phone. It should still be fine since most people happily use maps and watch movies on their phone.
