Question Android - Net - 3/30/2016 1.0.0.1 Optional Update

After I install this optional updates, it keeps on popping up after I scan for windows update. I tried to see the update history and it was already installed but if I check for windows update, it still's pop up as an optional update. Tried to find it to uninstall this update but there is no "android - net - 1.0.0.1" in update history please help me. Tried to restart PC multiple times but that optional update keeps on popping up. I don't have personal issue with it since my windows is working fine but when I run a software scanner - the compliance windows update failed every time.
