animations only work part of the time

Ever since SP2, I have trouble with animations... On some sites they work
fine on others they are "dead" (e.g. Animation Factory)

I have set IE to play animations. Still not working right.

I use a lot of animations and am really bugged that SP2 has screwed things
up! My other computer (without SP2) gets the animations just fine.
Mys system is Windows XP, and I use McAfee Virus Scan... HELP!
