I give up , i dont know what to do anymore . For a very long time I have been hearing an annoying chirping sound from the back of my pc case where the motherboard connections are . i even hear it from the speakers , however that is more strange - If I move the manual "wheel " on the right speaker to control the sound - I only hear the chirping out load if the the sound output is in the middle area ...lets say - 30-70% ....any less or any more and i only hear in in the back of my pc . When i play video games it's very distracting . and it goes away at random points in the day and then come back to looong periods of time . Rebooting my pc doesnt help , disconnecting the speakers doesnt help . Even turning off the pc and waiting doesnt help - as the moment the pc turns on , so does the chirping sound.

When you disconnect the speakers, doesn't help. So the sound is not coming from speakers. are your chassis screws tighten? is your chassis shaking on the desk? Try opening chassis plates. Are your motherboard screws tighten?

Well since you say sound starts after you turn on your pc, we know it's not a cricket.

When I disconnect my speakers the chirping only comes out of my pc so no....its both out of my case and the speakers . maybe something with the electricity got screwed up ? Sometimes when there is no chirping and i alt tab from a game it suddenly starts again

Hmm something is strange : The speakers are connected to the pc via a 3.5mm audio jack and to a power rectangle thingy (I dont know how its called abroad ) that has 5 plugs\sockets into one of them . I disconnect the 3.5mm audio jack from the pc and the chriping continues (speakers cant produce sound from the pc) . Then I disconnect the speaker's power from the socket and it stops ......maybe the power rectangle thingy is faulty and affect both the speakers and pc separably ?

Are you sure the sound you said you hear from back of your pc is not actually coming from the speakers only? Does chirping change when you disconnect 3.5
Can you plug the power thingy into a phone charger? Can you make this speaker chirp without the computer, using only phone inputs?
Are there power thingies (USB port) in front of your case?
If you have other thingies available, plug and check if others are faulty

the power thingy is this : View: https://imgur.com/a/1zSVCal

the chrping form the speakers only stop when it is not connected at all to the thing i show you in the image....the pc chirps regardless

Then I disconnect the speaker's power from the socket and it stops ......

So here the speaker stops, but the pc still makes noise? That can be worrying.
I can't see the image, I live in China and my internet is not with vpn

I don't know if you can test the speaker with another pc, I can't see the picture. But if you say the pc chirps regardless of speaker and then sends the chirp to the speaker once plugged in.
and sometimes chirping starts after you alt-tab from a game.

Can you try reinstalling sound drivers? may be you installed a virtual mic software and it is messing your device, may be a screen recorder software wanted to capture sounds and it installed additional audio drivers not compatible.

It could be the power supply. What is the brand, model and age of your power supply?

I doubt it is the power supply ...as i only need to connect the speakers to to the power device in the picture to start chirping .

Is the picture an amplifier/subwoofer :bounce:
the electricity comes from pc? je ne sais pas

Do you hear chirping outside Windows OS? when you boot your pc, go to motherboard settings, kinda pause and stay out of windows, noise there?
a pc not connected to speaker and making mystery noise is not good at all.

I really dont know how to explain it to if you dont look at the picture...its a simple site , is it blocked for you ?

actually a lot of guys in china use vpn and their internet is international. however I find social network quite time consuming, so I deliberately refrain from getting vpn.

but power supply might be the culprit as well. specially you said alt-tab from games. well we know for sure that switching task from a game can significantly fluctuate power consumption.
personally I wouldn't keep a chirping pc in action. this problem can be more serious than just disturbing.
You mean a sound is coming out of back of your pc exactly same as the one from the speakers and continues even when speakers are cut off?

How about putting your pc under heavy load. take a cpu stress test, just do something that uses a lot of wattage. not game, but as consuming as a game. does that conduct the chirping orchestra? I want to know if there's a relation between your power consumption and the noise. bcz you said may be something with electricity got screwed up.

So.....can you see the picture ? It will be easier to explain from that

Now.....the bizzare thing is : I turn off the power with the red switch ...I wait a few minutes and turn it back on . Obviously the pc is still turned off so it doesn't chirp . What doesnt make sense is that the speakers are not connected to the pc ( I took out the 3.5mm audio jack before turning off the power ) However after turning on the power - the speakere start to chirp only when I TURN ON The pc . They are not even connected . another thing - the pc chirps from the moment its turned on , no need to go to bios

you must unplug the speakers from the power extension (the picture ). not only 3.5, also the power. take the speakers' power cable out of the white rectangular box.
Now do you hear a noise from pc when it's on? remember speakers must not be connected to pc or the thingy.

look, even if you trust your ears and you're sure the chirp is coming from pc (I trust this) you must take the power cable of your speakers out of the extension (thingy)
it doesn't matter whether 3.5 connects them together, we're talking about electrical distribution.

do this: just connect the pc directly to the wall, don't use the thingy. may be your thingy can not provide enough juice for both devices.

Hmm...makes sense . Unfortunately the PSU cable plug of the pc is stuck in the power cant seem to take it out with ease hehe. Will try removing the speakers all together from the system and reboot the pc

Then the sockets for the power are faulty...I need to replace the device in the picture
possible. not exactly
Can you directly connect PSU to the wall? before you buy another extension.

Or connect speaker to thingy, and 3.5 to a phone or laptop (did you remove the PSU from thingy?)
and finally, plug speaker directly to the wall and 3.5 to phone/laptop
