what is the size of empty folder?
difference between file and folder?
how can one access the size of empty folder?

Depends upon what you mean by "size". In general, I believe, it will occupy one cluster on your hard disk (if newly created - it could be more if there were a lot of files in the directory which have now been deleted). What that is in terms of bytes will vary from system to system.

i agree with you but what will the actual size of it and where it stored in the memory. when we create an empty folder it created with the size zero bytes, that means it has no memory but if it is created then it must took some space in the memory.. where it is located in the system and how the size of it can be obtained...

I think what you are really seeing is a reference to it in the file table...that resizes dynamically as you add and remove files and folders. The folder itself doesn't occupy any space, just what is put into it.

Why are you even asking? You can create a million empty folders and it isn't going to cause any issues with your PC. Answer that.
