Hey guys, recently put together another new build but I ran into a slight mishap. Discovered that the top 200mm blue led tri cool fan of the Antec 900 Two v3 case won't spin. I don't know whether it's faulty or if there's another problem, but the other three fans (2 front 1 back) seem to work perfectly. Although the fan does not spin, strangely enough the blue led does come on, it just doesn't spin... I can't figure it out tried bunch of different connections no results - not sure if it is somehow faulty since the blue led works. Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Hmm, just turned it on again I didn't even change anything now it somehow works...I booted up 10+ times and now it magically works.. i don't know what happened but hopefully it will stay this way.. still does anyone know of problems that would cause the fan not to spin but the blue led to work?

Gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3 motherboard
i5-2500k
hyper 212+ w/ extra fan
corsair cx500 psu
8gb gskill ram
1tb spinpoint f3
ocz solid 3 60gb ssd
rosewill 75 in 1 card reader
standard sony dvd/cd burner
NO graphics card at the moment
