Question Antec nx800 showing only white RGB lights

I bought antec nx800 case a week ago and the RGB color is showing only white , I tried changing RGB color through the led button but still it didn't worked

Help me please

Probably the button is stuck. You may try to open the front controller and check or ask Antec support.

maybe you plugged it wrong?
try long-press until it "blinks" twice, the lights should go off and then try again
