anti vibration fan mounts will they fit my case

my top fan is kinda to loud was wondering if i get the rubber anti vibration mounts will they fit my top exhaust the case doesn't have screw holes but sliders so you can put the fan anywhere you want. case is enthoo pro

I can't remember off the top of my head, I think noctua's rubber/silicone screws are a bit wider than others. Are you sure the sound is from the fan vibrating and causing the case to vibrate? Or is it some other sound from the fan?

Just trying to make sure you're addressing the right issue to cure the noise you're getting. If it's a metallic vibration from the case dampeners will help. If it's a 'hum' from the fan due to the bearing then they won't fix that. If it's air noise blowing through the top filter and grill it won't help.

The slots are pretty wide, I've got the same case with a couple noctua 140mm fans mounted up top. The mounting screws (actual screws, not silicone plugs) barely capture the edges of the slots. It looks dubious but it's enough to keep them secure. With a good quality fan there shouldn't be a vibration issue, both of them are hard mounted with no soft rubber 'screws' or any anti-vibration silicone corners on the fan frames. There's no resonating vibration at all.

I also removed the mesh filter from the top panel since mine are exhaust (if yours is intake you'll want to leave it in place). It was restricting airflow a fair amount and adding unnecessary wind noise.

do the noctua fans come with the screws as well as the rubber ones i'ma just buy a noctua fan since i already have the nh-u14s only spent like 12 on the other fan no big deal

I don't believe so. I think the standard noctua fans come with regular screws but have silicone padded corners. Mine are the redux series which come with no goodies, just the fan and 4 metal screws, nothing else. The corners are hard fiber/plastic, whatever the frame composite is made of with no silicone padding. You'd probably have to get the silicone soft 'screws/plugs' separately.

Honestly though I didn't need any noise dampener hardware. My old case I used to use the silicone screws/pegs to isolate the fans from the case. I was concerned since the metal of the enthoo pro is a bit thin (more prone to vibrations) and the redux had hard frames being hardmounted to the case with just the screws. The worry was for nothing, there's no hum or rattle or anything in a worst case scenario. The fans are really well balanced and smooth.
