Anti virus programme

I'm going to install GTA V.So should I disable my antivirus programme before installing the game?is there a risk of losing files from game DVDs?Thank you very much!!

No decent Anti-Virus programs delete files without permission,

And, if your game is Original, you shall face no problem whatsoever.

As mentioned above no Anti-Virus that i can think of will just straight up delete a file, it will quarantine it and ask you if you want it deleted. Plus the AV shouldnt pick up a legitimate copy of GTA as a threat anyway.
