Any examples of mods where the side window is extruded?

Hi. I'm trying to mod my old PC before I sell it, just for fun.
One of the things I wanted to do was put a side window, but the new CPU cooler I bought for it (CM Hyper 212 plus) is too big for the case and the tips of the heatpipes are left out, preventing me to close the case itself.

I see this as a nice chance to do a different kind of window, probably something like a pyramid or anything like that.
I would, however, not know how to glue the plexiglass to the case since it will have to be made from the outside (and also, the different parts of the pyramid will need to be glued together).

Is there any example of someone that did something like this?

Basically, expanding the side panel to make room for the heatsink.

Thanks for your answers!

use some form of high density, heavy duty epoxy. that crap is insane for holding things together, something liek liquid nails (one brand example) are found at any hardware store like ace or even a larger place like home depot. you could hold the 4 panes of plexi together with the epoxy, just remember 1 dont get any on your hands, 2. use a good amount to fill all the space between panes, and 3. smooth off the edges as you go to make a nice smooth flat seem. to attach the plexi to the case, use some more epoxy and thin bendable metal that you can use to hold the plexy in place on the side panel. use a dremel with a light duty, small grit grinding/sanding bit to smooth the edges where you cut the metal of the side panel. but the thin metal to hold the window in, think abotu those tabs used to hold pictures in their frames.
