Question Any good processor and GPU for my motherboard?

I have an GIGABYTE F2A68HM-S1 With AMD A6 7400K and no GPU. I wanted to upgrade my pc a little bit, so I would like if anyone would give me any suggestions for any good processor and GPU that are compatible with my motherboard. Thanks

As to the GPU, that will be more a function of what will fit in your case and work on your PSU.

With that said, I would not spend one dime on upgrading that machine. You would do FAR better trying to locate a Ryzen 1st gen (or better) on the used market. Anything you spend on that machine is dead end. Save money and upgrade to something you can work with.
