My cheapa$$ Gigabyte GAK8N doens't allow me to change the VAGP in the bios, just wandering if there's a software out there that could change the VAGP through windows?

Any help would be appreciated.

Howdy there scottchen. Honestly I don't know, but my guess would be no. BTW why do you want to increase your agp voltage? I don't think this helps cards that take power directly from the power supply, and I think it has little benefit for cards that run off just AGP power.

Me: are you saying I can't provide?
Me: cause I know I can provide.
Me: oh and I can provide money too;)

It does help a little, after testing on my Albatron card, the P4P800 with 1.8VAGP gave the card 20mhz more stable mhz on the core and 26mhz more on the mem.

Wow... thats pretty significant. Well I'll look into it some more and maybe test it on my card. You think its 100% safe to go to 1.8 or more on the vagp?

I highly suggest you not to go past 1.7, 1.8 I found a significant temp jump on my card. And 1.8 didn't help much over 1.7, so 1.7 would be ideal, since 1.6 is default on some boards anyways.
