Hey there, I'm building a new PC, finally upgrading from my beloved FX8350, I've got my 5900x on the way and should be getting it next week, I've put together this parts list, it's pretty high spec, I don't need a GPU at the minute, what are your guys thoughts? https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/h8bqp2

Oh!
Well, in that case...

1)I guess you plan on manually tuning that 4000mhz kit?

2)Some excessive spending here and there, but ¯\(ツ)

3)The O11 dynamic doesn't come with fans, but you likely already knew that.

That's about all I got.

  1. Would the ram not just be able to be plugged in and go straight away? My knowledge of ram is very bad 😂
  2. yeah I know just want it to look pretty too!
  3. forgot to include them, but got some on my list just need to decide on exact ones!

A 4000mhz kit is going to require some manual tweaking on your end, and it's likely to be worse than just getting a 3600 C16 or 3200 C14 kit.
Oh alright thanks, you think I'd be better off going for something like this? https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/XJVG3C/gskill-trident-z-neo-32-gb-4-x-8-gb-ddr4-3600-memory-f4-3600c16q-32gtznc will this one just work plugged in no tuning out of the box? thanks!
