Any upgrade suggestions?

With Christmas and the holidays coming up, I am thinking about upgrading my rig: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Riceyy/saved/Z96f7P. What do you think should I upgrade first? I am thinking about getting a better CPU, MOBO, PSU, and a custom CPU fan. Maybe a case? Any suggestions are appreciated!

i would suggest an upgrade to your cpu, this however might also require an upgrade to your psu as well due to the power demands. the PCpartpicker power calculator is only an estimate

Not really, for gaming with your monitor, well balanced build. If you update CPU/PSU, there will be no obvious FPS improvement for most games. Are you satisfied with current performance? If so, wait for ice lake/zen2/1070ti/ Volta. Older model parts will be cheaper, new parts may offer better capabilities.
