Anyone see conflicts?

Does anyone see any conflicts with this setup? Also what kind of power will I need to run this setup stable, I do not OC at all, so that is not a concern. Tried html and couldnt get links to work... so here is an ugly cut and paste.

video: currently running an ATI radeon 9700, dont want to replace that now as it adds such a huge chunk of change to the upgrade.

You're OK but I would have the IS7 over the AI7. You'll want a TT-420, CoolMax 400, or a Fortron Source 350 Watt. The minimum you will want is 350 watts as shown <A HREF="http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_supply/" target="_new">here.</A>

I would have to agree with the above BUT if you want to stay with ABIT and Socket 478 i would go for a MAX3 or a Asus P4C 800E Deluxe i would like to see faster memory on boards of these types and Maybe a SATA Raid set dependeng on your budget and use .
I almost always recommend a good PSU somewhere around 480Watt which will allow for upgrading later on if you were to choose a raid array and more powerful Graphics card which a 9800 pro would be ok but a Geforce 6800 GT would be GREAT depending on your Budget.

A Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz should do you quite well .....
