[SOLVED] anything windows related on pc doesnt open

for quite a while now, my pc hasnt been able to open any program that is windows related for example. Windows Settings, Microsoft store, anything that came with the pc as if you were to buy a new pc. the program just doesnt open when clicked on.

yes it is activated. things like control panel is able to open but stuff like photos, 3d paint arnt. anything windows related

Try creating a new user account and see if the new account has access to the features that are not working.

how can i do that if i cannot open settings, is there a work around?

You can try User Accounts from the Control Panel

when i get to add or remove accounts on user accounts. i click on it then nothing happens, it doesnt open just like the rest of the programs because i think that link redirects you to the windows settings

Try booting into safe mode and see if you can make any changes..
