Question Aorus monitor problem or DP or Geforce?

Hello
I am having a weird problem with image flickering and splitting on my 3 months old Aorus AD27QD when starting windows, I have no idea if it's a DP cable fault or the Geforce 2080 or the monitor itself as it comes randomly like 1 over 5 booting.
I never used DP before so I don't know if it's a known DP bug
Turning Off/On the monitor solves it

This ''bug'' doesn't appear at BIOS boot logo but when at Windows login page
Sometime it does like in the attached photo, sometimes it's flickering black and white stripes.

Plug the cable straight into the motherboard socket and test to eliminate the 2080 as the problem. Sounds like a monitor problem though.

Since I changed the Hz from 122 to 144 I didn't see this thing anymore, will confirm over time
