Question Aorus X570 BIOS F30 stability

Following a different thread I posted earlier, has anyone with an aorus x570 motherboard downloaded the new F30 bios update? And if so,any issues/problems?

Updated to F30, no issues so far.

Updated to F30 and got inadvertent reboots. Went back to F21 and all is fine.

I know these bios updates can be temperamental, thankfully mine is still running stable with F30.

F30 caused all sorts of USB problems. Keyboard didn’t work. USB power kept turning off. Keyboard would be erratic if plugged into other port.
I imagine it could have been a bad flash?

how is everyone flashing? USB stick or windows flash utility?

I upgraded to F31q (from F31o) and after few hours, after sleep mode, i dont know how, it went back to F31o and everything goescon defaultv(xmp profile also, fans speed etc)
I have X570 Master with 5800x and anyway strange thing, when i power on the pc, fans go crazy in idle mode, now i have F2 code on motherboard, when i stress test with AMD Master, after the test everything goes to normal , quiet pc and temps go lower. Can someone help me?
