[SOLVED] Apparently my pc is running horribly for the specs please help!

Hello, the graphics card seems to work very well. The only "issue" I saw is your CPU. Did you overclock it? As Phaaze88 said, it would be really nice to get the link of your test.
Though, I would suggest you to try to overclock it (if your MB has an easy OC option or smth like that, if you don't know how to OC it, well...) and close every apps that eats CPU usage (use task manager to find out).
Then, test your computer again and show us the results with the link!
