Question Application Hang detected error

I am a current pc gamer with the specs of:
R7 2700x
Rtx 2070 super
16 GB ram
x470-f gaming motherboard
1tb HDD
256gb SSD

I am needing some advice/help on an error called .application hang detected.. I am a Fortnite player and whenever playing, within the first minute, it will completely freeze and then a popup will say 'application hang detected' and will close the app. I am wanting the assistance of how to fix this error.

Application hang means the application froze or crashed. Are your drivers up to date?

my drivers are all up to date, so is my windows and the recording software I use.

How about chip temperatures?

My components are all at average/low temperatures. it all happened when I downloaded Fortnite onto HDD not
SSD.
