Application not found

when I try and open a program from my desktop or control panel I get "application not found"

The link is bad or the App is not installed/corrupted. Try reinstalling the App.

If you're getting the same message from your control panel apps, you most likely have some registry corruption.

Download ccleaner, and run the registry tool. You may need to run it several times to resolve all the issues.
