Recently I upgraded to a 4070 Ti Super and a R7 5700X3D. I can't recall if i had this issue before i upgraded my CPU, which was about a month after my GPU.
But Ive been having issues with Discord, Firefox, and alt-tabbing in general.
Discord will very often "fragment" and be split into tiles... or something, I'll have an image of it here. Second issue I'm having is applications freezing for a second or two when i try and alt-tab to them. This occurs to video games most often, particularly R*blox
I'm not sure what the issue could be, it all started after I upgraded my PC, but I can't exactly put a date on it, again, my two major upgrades were about a month apart. First my GPU, and then my CPU and RAM.
I've tried reinstalling drivers, and using DDU to completely reinstall them. But no luck, none of it worked. So I'm not certain it's even my GPU anymore...
Also, I think this might be around the time i disabled VRR. But I don't have a choice because it constantly flickers my monitor.
