Appropriate air cooler for an ATX case?

I currently have a intel stock CPU cooler and it is nowhere near good enough. I want to get a CPU air cooler that will fit my microATX case. I have a GA-H81M-H motherboard, a i5 4690k. I'd like it to be within a £30 budget (I could take it to £40 if necessary). I do game on this machine on high power games and multitask quite a lot - so it will need to be efficient. I don't care how loud it is aslong as it keeps my PC cool.

The dimensions of the case are: 43.8 x 39.6 x 22.8 cm

Can't find the dimensions for CPU clearance, but surely a low profile cooler will work since they aren't much taller than a stock cooler.

Any chance of this interfering with my RAM? I have a Crucial BLS2C4G3D1609ES2LX0CEU x2 4GB sticks. They're really small (3cm / 30mm in height), but I'm just double checking. Link http://uk.crucial.com/gbr/en/bls2c4g3d1609es2lx0ceu

Either of those would be good. I just gave you the Pallas because it was editor recommended, but BeQuiet! makes good coolers, too.

I'll go with the beQuiet one as it has the higher RPM and is quieter (I assume it's quieter, anyway). I've heard of them, and linustechtips advertises them 😛 so they can't be that bad.
