I would stay away from the FSP Aurum CM Gold 750W because techPowerUp.com found that it has voltage regulation problems on its +12V and +3.3V rails during full load and crossload testing.
The fan noise is noticeable even at a low load like 50 Watts.
I would consider the following PSUs before I would even look at the overpriced FSP Aurum CM Gold 750W:

Made by Seasonic for XFX. Based on the Seasonic SS-750KM³ platform.
When using one ASUS GeForce GTX 680 Direct CU II TOP 2 GB GDDR5 [GTX680-DC2T-2GD5] the power consumption, for the card itself, is 189 Watts during gaming.
If you encounter a power interruption event during your gaming session your system may be drawing somewhere between 350 - 400 Watts. If your display is also connected up to a battery backup outlet on the same UPS you will also need to add its power consumption to the system power consumption to determine the total power draw on the UPS.
I doubt, very much, that you're going to get anywhere near the 6 to 10 minutes of battery runtime that you're looking for except maybe if your system is in idle.
