Question ARCTIC P12 PWM PST vs. Fractal Design Silent Series R3 120 mm?

Does anyone know which one is better? Just trying to see if anyone will know.

Arctic fan is better on all levels (being 4-pin PWM, having PWM passthrough, RPM range, airflow, static pressure).

Alright sick, thanks I found out theres a p12 max wich Is way better and just 3 dollars more.

I found out theres a p12 max wich Is way better and just 3 dollars more.

Performance wise, Arctic P12 Max is, yes, quite a bit better than P12 PWM PST or Silent R3. But at full tilt (3300 RPM), it is also far noisier. So, there's a drawback.
