Arctic Silver 5 or Arctic Silver Ceramique Which should Iuse

The subject says it all. Should I use Arctic Silver 5 or Arctic Silver Ceramique.
I have a core 2 duo e6600

The Coolers and heatsink section already had some lengthy discussion over this. AS5 is slightly better... Ceramique sounds sexy but doesn't work as well.

But not as sexy as "Special Thermal Grease". Or is that kinky :lol:

I always use AS5.

HSF come away easier.

Especially better than the default Intel thermal pads that sick like glue.
