Question Are my CPU air cooler fans suppose to blow outward on both sides? Or should 1 side blow air inward and the other outward?

Hello all, this is my current CPU air cooler that I use for my 9900k:

I originally used to have the 2 side fans each blow the opposite directions outward of the cooler like this:

Option A: [<<<<<Cooler Fan Direction <<<<<] - [Thermaltake C5 Cooler with Heatpipes] - [>>>>>Cooler Fan Direction>>>>>]

But then I noticed that the CPU temperature goes to 90'C+ on heavy loads so I decided to change one side of the fan direction like this:

Option B: [<<<<<Cooler Fan Direction <<<<<] - [Thermaltake C5 Cooler with Heatpipes] - [<<<<<Cooler Fan Direction <<<<<]

Is this Thermaltake C5 air cooler suppose to have both fans blow air outward? Or is it better to have only 1 fan blow outward and 1 fan blow inward?

One last possible option is to have both fans blow inward like this:

Option C: [>>>>>Cooler Fan Direction>>>>>] - [Thermaltake C5 Cooler with Heatpipes] - [<<<<<Cooler Fan Direction <<<<<]

Fans should ALWAYS blow the same direction - one feeds air into the cooler, the other pulls air out.

If you were to visualize smoke, it should pull it through the front, and exhaust out the back of the cooler to the rear of the case where the rear fan will exhaust it into the room.

This image is of a small AIO radiator, but the principle is exactly the same. The airflow (arrow) should point towards the rear or top of the case, depending on how your case exhausts warm air.
