are my voltages OK ??

Using an Antec true 430 p/supply
+12 = 12.16
+5 = 4.97
+3.3 = 3.26
these remain steady 99% of the time , only with some flucuation on the +12 . ( 12.11 to 12.16 ) as measured by MBM5 and ASus Probe.
Should I be Happy ???

You should be very happy.

Anything within 5% of ideal is considered just fine.
