Are SSDs good for gaming

Hi

So i am a gamer and i am thinking of upgrading my PC's storage from HDD to SSD but I have heard that SSDs wear out quickly due to the electronics in them or something like that.
So my question is are SSDs suitable for gaming or will they wear out quickly?

Don't listen to them. Buy your self an SSD and enjoy.. then just worry later..there are tools and maintenance guides for SSDs that you can read and learn to expand your SSD lifecycle.

Seconded. SSD's are long-lived and will improve your gaming experience enormously.
