Question Can sweat damage ny monitor?

Hey guys? This might be a bit of a weird question. My screen got really dusty so I went to wipe it down. After the first initial wiped down, I went to wipe it down a second time and accidentally picked up the wrong side of the microfiber cloth which had sweat on it from me holding it and I wiped my entire screen with it. Its an extremely hot day and I was sweating. The sweat dried in very quickly into the monitor and left stains I think. I got distilled water and went back over my monitor. My question is, will my sweat from my hands erode my monitor or damage it?

Just make sure to wipe down the monitor with another microfiber cloth with distilled water. Sweat damaging the exterior of a monitor can happen but you'd need a lot of time to pass for it to happen and also expose the panel to other elements, thought it's the oils from your skin, not the salt in your sweat that will cause any erosion.
