yes, since is not a scale, screen might be fuzzy.

You will have black borders on the 1440p screen if you change the resolution to 1080p or the game will be stretched a bit.

If you use 1080p anyway just get the native 1080p screen. Saves money and will work without any issues.

Yep display on LCD is always clearest at its native resolution.
