Question Are there any PC monitors offering similar quality to a recent Macbook Pro retina display?

Hi,

As stated in the title of the question, I am looking for a PC monitor that provides super crisp quality image with a sort of glossy finish.

I have a 2018 Macbook Pro and absolutely love the display and was wondering if there are any similar PC monitors providing the same quality picture.

I intend to use the monitor for streaming movies, playing video games (not competitively) and just general every day use. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Just in case I didn't make it clear, I don't know much about PC monitors
