Are these hard disks ATA66 or ATA33?

I have hard disks without documentation.
IBM-DTTA-351350
Maxtor 90650U2
Do they support ATA66?
Any website or utilities to find out hard disk info?

The IBM is supports up to ATA 33
The Maxtor supports up to ATA 66
