Those part are compatible, BUT! depending on how new the stock of that motherboard is, it may happend that the it doesn't come with out of the box Ryzen 3xxx support (meaning the BIOS is kinda old and it won't recognize the Ryzen 3xxx until update it).
If you have an old Ryzen CPU you can get that mobo, update the BIOS with your old Ryzen 1xxx or 2xxx, and then use the Ryzen 5 3600. But if you don't have a previous Ryzen you may need to get a motherboard with BIOS flashback or some of the MSI "MAX" mobos that are supposed to be compatible with Ryzen 3rd gen out of the box. One question, you said you have the RAM already, what kind of RAM do you have? Is this a
tleast a 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz kit ?
