Question Are these RAM compatible with my motherboard

Hello,

I'm asking for compatibility with the RAM and my motherboard

-Ryzen 5 5600x
-Asus TUF B550M plus wifi
-2x8gb Crucial ballistix 3200Mhz BL8G32C16U4BL

Because I'm using this components and I get this weird kind of freeze when I'm web browsing or watching youtube. I can see the RGB stopping and the PC starts to get less responsive until completely freezes.

I'm really lost so I'm guessing maybe the ram is not compatible with the MB?

If anyone have another idea of the root of the problem, I'm happy to read about it.

If ram was the root cause you would BSOD most likely. In all my years never seen a issue like this from ram before, I think you have other issues.

Yeah, i've never seen anything like this either. I tried updating my BIOS to the lastest but it didn't work the pc keeps freezzing from time to time. It's really frustrating because this is my first gaming pc all brand new and I have this unresolvable issue. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Go to the memory configuration section in your bios and upload a photo for me.
This are the setting, I had DOCP activated with a profile for 3200mhz but I deactivated it for testing at least for today. I don't really know if the RAM is the issue but here are the full specs if it helps.

Ryzen 5 5600x
Asus TUF B550M plus wifi
2x8 Crucial ballistix 3200mhz BL8G32C16U4BL
3070 Zotac Twin Edge LHR
SSD Nvme. Western Digital Green SN350 480gb
700w EVGA Bronze
MSI Coreliquid 240r

running Windows 10 PRO 21H1

Have you tried another mouse or something? What mouse is it? Wireless? Chinese?
Chinese mice can have really bad drivers. All kinds of issues.
Yes is a wireless Logitech 305, the keyboard is an MSI, working with no problems in my older PC. I tried I chinese keyboard thinking the same but the PC froze too.

Everything looks correct wow this is a weird issue.
I know this is double posting but I have some updates. Today happened again, I could see my CPU usage spiking 2 times and both of them over 70% (it never goes that high) and then the task administrator and the system stops responding. I was reading people fixing values for the CPU on the BIOS fixed their BSOD but I don't really know which values to input.

Here is an image from the last time it froze.

And I could record a little video with how task manager stops responding and some values that showed

That, in my mind, would rule out the RAM being the problem.
Have you tried removing junk like ArmouryCrate? And if you have similar stuff that isn't an absolutely necessary driver, try uninstalling that too. Testing as you go so you can for certain tell which program/utility is causing the issue.
These utilities...I never install them, for a reason.

I didn't try that I will disable this Armoury thing on the BIOS and then proceed with a clean installation to see if it helps. I will be updating this when I'm done with it.
